Guest Requests

First: Read the House Rules.
Second: Pick Summer Guesting or Off Season Guesting to determine the cost..
Third: If you agree to everything, send
jeff@mardigrashouse.net an Email no later than noon Thursday with:
 
Members - email Jeff with the following:
Guest's Full name. Guest's Email address. The Date(s) you would like to stay.
 Alumni - email Jeff with the following: The Date(s) you would like to stay.

Reminders:
Guests are not to arrive before the sponsoring member.
Sponsor must be in town while their guest is staying at the MardiGrasHouse.

Do not give us Holiday names as this can be confusing.

Guests are put on the list in the order I receive them via email. I do not except requests by any other method. If your guest cancels before the approval is gived, there is no cancellation fee. If they cancel after the they are approved, there is a $30 cancellation fee. Exception - If all guest spots are filled after the cancellation, the cancellation fee will be waved.

Summer Guesting
Memorial day - Labor day

GUESTS:  
Guest must have an existing member sponsor them during their stay.
Guest may only guest 3 times during the summer. [Unless staying in a private room]
Guest Fees are $80 cash for the weekend, regardless of whether it is Fri & Sat or just one night.
Each additional night is $30 cash.  
Upon
arrival, Sponsor will fill out guest envelope and slide payment in the drop box.

$30 cancellation fees:
Once Approved, if a guest does not come during the approved date(s), the sponsor must pay the outstanding balance before they may request another guest.
Fill out envelope upon arrival, put cash in envelope, seal and put envelope in drop box.




 

ALUMNI:
Alumni are sponsored by the house.

Alumni Guest fees are $40 cash per night. [24hrs]
Upon arrival Alumni will fill out guest envelope and slide payment in the
drop box. 
There is a $30 cancellation fee:  If a the Alumni does not come during the approved date(s)
.

Off Season Guesting
Fall - Winter - Spring

 Guest Fees:
All guests must be approved by the house coordinator by sending Jeff an email.
Once approved, guest fees are $30 cash per night. [except for Dewey Holiday weekends]

Dewey Holiday Weekends: 
During SB closing, New Years, Winter Gala and SB opening guest fees are $60 cash per weekend [2 night]
Additional nights are the normal $30 cash per night.

Private rooms : 
To reserve a [double occupancy] private room. The guest must pay the Guest fee up front.
