It's fall of 2009 and Construction has started Again!!!
I hope to show before and after picture as they happen with a brief description.  The latest work is at the top of the page.

Ted resting under the guest side of the house.  After the flash woke him, he connected the water and sewer lines

Greenroom floor opened up, new water and drain lines added and pressure tested.

Bathrooms rough framing added with electrical

Old subfloor reinstalled (why is the AC vent not installed?)
