MEMBER or ALUMNI requesting a GUEST or to GUEST
Please send the house an
Email no later than noon Thursday with the
[first and last] name of your guest(s), the date(s) requested and guest(s) email
address. [Do not give holiday
names]
Members must sponsor and are responsible for their guest's actions and fees.
[ The number of Alumni and Guests may be limited on popular weekends. ]
Sponsors assign guests to the appropriate bed, considering later arriving MGMs have priority and some prefer certain beds.
Guests must be identified on the bed status board along with their member sponsor to facilitate communications regarding bed bumping.
Members are to talk to the guest's sponsor before bed bumping. No Bed bumping after 9pm Friday night.
Alumni Guests can not Bed bump other guests.
HALF SHARE MEMBER:

Guest Fees are $60 for the off weekend, regardless of whether it is Fri & Sat
or just one night.
There is no charge for any member to stay at the house Sunday thru Thursday when
the house is not rented.
NON-MEMBER:
Summer season: [Memorial day -
Labor day]
A Non-member may only guest 3 times. After the 3rd stay you
must become a member to stay at the house.
Guest Fees are $60 for the weekend, regardless of whether it is Fri & Sat or just one night. Each mid-week night,
(Sun-Thur) the guest fee is $25.
This amount is established to permit members the opportunity to introduce the Mardi Gras / Dewey lifestyle to their friends without becoming overly cost prohibitive.
On the day of arrival fill out guest envelope and slide payment in the guest fee box.
[There is a $20 cancellation fee: If a guest does not come during
the approved date(s), the sponcer must pay $20 before they may request
another guest.]

Alumni Guest fees are $35 per night. On the day of arrival fill out guest envelope and slide payment in the guest fee box.
Each mid-week night, (Sun-Thur) the guest fee is $25.
